Banquet Introduction

Our banquet offerings include sit-down meals served at your table, traditional all you can eat buffets, luncheons, and hors d’oeuvres if a full meal isn't in your budget.

Outdoor accommodations are available during the summer months with the optional use of 3 sand volleyball courts. We accommodate seating for up to 175 guests with a full-service bar.

As our customer you expect and deserve reliable and courteous service on your special day. Sit-Down Dinner Menu

All dinner entree´s are served hot to you at your table. Each meal includes a tossed salad, choice of baked potato, mashed, cheese potato casserole or baby red skin potatoes, choice of buttered corn, green beans or California blend vegetables, and dinner rolls, butter, coffee and milk.

General Information & Policies

The staff and management at Bowl-A-Vard Lanes would like to thank you for considering us for your special event. We have established the following guidelines so that we may offer you an excellent dining experience.

DEPOSITS

A non-refundable room deposit is required. At this time you may submit your menu selections, bar arrangements, room set-up, decorating and any other special instructions you require. Charges for rooms are as follows: Banquet room: $75.00 per side/$150.00 full room, TV Pit $50.00, Dance Floor/$50.00, Volleyball court/$150.00, North Arena up to 9 pm/ $500.00. Bartenders are $8.00/hr if needed. Because the variety of activities, room times may vary.

GUARANTEES

A firm guarantee is required on the number of guests and food selections one week prior to the scheduled event. All charges will be based on the guarantee. If a request for increase of guests is submitted it is subject to food availability and approval of our head chef.

PAYMENT

A minimum of 30 guests are required for sit-down dinners and buffets. For 29 or less guests a $1.00 labor charge per plate will be assessed. Gratuity of 17% will be added to all food, in addition to our state and county sales tax of 5.5% on food. *The entire amount due shall be paid before or on the day of the event in the form of cash, cashier's check or credit card. Checks are accepted with prior approval. Groups requesting tax exemption must submit a copy of their tax exemption certificate with signed contracts.

Menu prices are subject to change without notice unless a price has been guaranteed in writing and a deposit received. Client is responsible for coding multiple entree selections for each individual guest. If a vegetarian entrée is needed, please include this entrée when ordering.

CAKES

No food or beverage of any kind is permitted to be brought in with the exception of cakes & ice cream There will be an additional 25¢ charge per person for plates, forks and napkins. In addition, a $30.00 service fee for cutting and serving of cakes carried in.

DECORATING

Decorating is accepted only with prior permission. Staples, tape, tacks, glue and nails are prohibited. Masking tape is permitted on the walls only. Glitter and confetti of any kind are not permitted. Charges to client will be applied for clean-up of space left in an unacceptable condition.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Two forms of identification of any person of questionable age will be requested, service will be refused if the person is either underage, cannot produce identification or appears intoxicated. Guests under the legal drinking age are forbidden to drink alcoholic beverages anywhere in the facility. Parents are prohibited from serving their underage children.

ENTERTAINMENT

DJ's will be booked only through “Badgerland Mobile DJ’s or Sundowners”. For guest’s safety, drinks are not permitted on the dance floor. Dancing without shoes is also not permitted. Resistance from guests will result in Management intervention. Bowl-A-Vard Lanes is not responsible for any loss or theft of materials, equipment or personal belongings.
